New Year’s Remarks 2025
2025/01/06
Here is a summary of the New Year’s remarks given by the principal of the Global Sky Group, Mr. Ko Nagata, for the group’s staff:
The global economy faces inflation driven by population growth, climate change, and trade friction, while the push for decarbonization and digital transformation continues to accelerate. For our group, 2025 marks the final year of our current mid-term management plan and the beginning of a new quarter-century, prompting us to adopt a long-term perspective. To achieve simplicity and higher quality, it is crucial to focus our energy on one direction.
Guided by our philosophy of "Creating the future, connecting the world," we provide early childhood education based on the Play & Learn concept at our Early Learning Centers in Japan and Australia, priced at approximately AUD 130 per day. Our focus remains on delivering a unique Play & Learn experience that only our group can offer.
Key Initiatives for 2025:
Early Learning Centres: Secure qualified educators, enhance world-class education programs, and obtain funding for facility renovations to support Play & Learn in Nature.
International Exchange and Cultural Experience: Focus on attracting participants to the Hello Kids program.
Education Consultation: Offer a career pathway for global childcare and aged-care professionals using the Ministry of Education Japan's subsidy.
Food service: Strive for exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while completing the pub-style Zealander business model.
Finally, let us uphold our group’s philosophy of "Connecting the world for a brighter future" and our vision of "Empowering millions of future creators" by adhering to our CLEAR Values. Let’s work with health and dedication toward our goals in 2025.
